Hand-painted GLITTER & BIC - $95 per hour
Hand-painted HENNA - $120 per hour   
AIRBRUSHED TATTOOS - $125 per hour

Entertainment rate will be the same rate as listed above including $10 per hour drive time,
plus RT mileage (53 cents per mile x total round trip miles), minus 50 miles base rate
